Works Great With Time Machine

It does have proprietary software you may find valuable, but since I bought this strictly for use with Apple's Time Machine, I didn't have a need for it. As for the drive itself, it does work day after day without issue so the hardware is very good and very dependable. I highly recommend this to those looking for a dependable backup device and/or storage drive.
