I couldn't open My passport to access some important files so I grabbed this one in a hurry not knowing much about. It proved to be a very good choice. I like it so far.

Worked great backed up HP laptop before sending off for manufacture repairs. Reloaded like a dream except some of my added programs must have been deleted by the HP staff.

This is great to back up all our important documents and memorable pictures. We don't worry about lost docs whenever our laptop gives up on us.

we bought to transfer the data from our PC to our new MAC and that works very well. nothing special to be done when you connect it to either the PC or the MAC

Absolutely no. Problems with this drive and was easy to set up and partition to my needs. Very fast transfer rate and able to backup my files remotely.

We originally bought a different brand and could not get it to work. Bought the seagate brand and it was very easy to use & set up.

Bough This Drive As A BackUp And Transfer Drive, Have Had No Issues With It. Worked Great For What It Was Intended For.

I don't think that you can go wrong with a Seagate hard drive. I have purchased several and never had a problem.

The usb3 device is speedy and the slim gold color on the front is sexy but the plastic flip side seems cheap and not very durable wish both sides were gold and of the same quality.

Easy to use to back up my items from my old computer after the screen cracked. Not too expensive.

I bought this because my WD portable hdd died and I lost all my files. This one has been great, I bought a case to put it in so it doesn't get damaged traveling from work to home.

I have never had any problems with this hard drive backup. I have very important records stored on it.
