Good inn backing up photos and videos as well as work and school files. The design is pretty cool. Wish it came with a case.

Good Storage for the Money

Works like a charm, and has plenty of storage for all of my files. No extra cords to deal with, either; just use the 1 USB cable to plug it into your laptop or computer, and you're all set. I don't plan on running out of space any time soon. Great product!

Reliable workhorse - works great with a mac

I used to purchase other brands earlier but switched to seagate about 5 years ago when I switched to macbooks around the same time. Never had an issue so far. (touch wood!)

I bought this because my last WD drive failed in 2 short weeks, so far this hasn’t disappointed me yet.

No more worrying about PS4 storage space.

Plug and play, the Playstation 4 automatically formats the hard drive with the correct firmware/software once plugged in. Took about 5 minutes and it was ready to use. I have over 15 games downloaded and ready to play.

Space saver

It works well in that aspect. For those who think you can store PS5 data on it, you can't. One thing I found out that, at least for me. Any games you put on it while it is connected to the PS5, will have a hard time getting updates to transfer to this storage. I personally had to transfer more than one games data back to the PS5 storage to get it to update and then transfer it back to save space on my PS5.
