I ordered this online, and while in the reviews it stated this wasn't compatible with Mac, the actual web page description didn't say it wasn't. Found out when the package arrived and I opened it and saw it displayed on the item box. I'm sure it's a good item, but if you need something for Mac, get something else. This is only compatible with Windows. Best Buy's return/exchange process is easy and smooth, but would have preferred to have known about compatibility issues before I made the original purchase

This hard drive works great. Im so glad bought it.

I'm using this with my Xbox one. Games download to the external USB drive by default when that feature is enabled. no problem so far.

Got this for my Xbox Series S. Plugged it in, formatted it and went straight to installing games to it. Takes about 20 minutes to move a 100GB game back and forth, but that's a lot faster than an hour download.

I purchased this for a gift for my son. He stores movies, games, and music on it. It works great for his needs. He loves that it is powered by the computer and he doesn't have to plug it in separately for power.

Okay i thought this would be a worthy investment instead of getting a new xbox but at this point i might just sell everything. I hate this thing. I have to unplug it and plug it back in every time i turn on my xbox. It’s good for storage but that’s the a bit of a hassle that i don’t like.

I ran out of Hard drive space on my PS-4. This solved all of my problems. Quick load time too. I would purchase again. If the blue light is bothersome, turn it around.

If you can get this on sale or as a deal of the day, it’s worth it. Don’t spend more than $60 on any 2TB drive unless you have to. Wait for a sale instead.

No problems so far. I've been handling it gingerly and it has a regular spot with no movement. Seagate has been dependable for me, and the last one withstood falls of a couple feet to the carpet.

Plug and play was easy. I just hope this seagate product lasts.
