Perfect upgrade for my Mac Backup

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This has got to be the worst external storage device that I have ever used, it's got a decent price and comes with a lot of storage, but this thing simply will not stay connected, it will disconnect and reconnect randomly or it won't connect at all unless you completely disconnect it and then plug it back in, and sometimes if it is connected and you try to open anything on it, it will completely freeze your Windows explorer and you'll have to go into your task manager and restart Windows explorer, do better Seagate, the inconsistency of this thing and the fact that it will disconnect is a opening a door to the possibility of people's information getting corrupted or lost if they use this externa
