My PS4 had only 500GB, and anyone who owns a playstation knows that games now a days constantly update, if you want to play on-line. Most everything needs storage, and with this seagate 2TB storage, my problem was solved. Now I don't have to delete games to make room, if fact I have downloaded from my library games sitting idle due to lack of room. This was so simple to install and direct USB connection, without the power cord is another great reason to have one. I will buy another in the future if I need too. Love it!!!!!!

I bought this to use with the PS5 and it works great so far, even though a lot of the cheaper or sale hard drives are geared towards PS4. We put horizon, the last of us and death stranding on it and some digital games as well since the PS5 has limited storage by itself.

I really like how the PS4 is stamped in the case like it was made for it. It was supposed to be just plug it in and play because it was preformatted but I still had to reformat it again. Other than that I wish there was a USB port on the back of the PS4 it would be hidden so I don’t have to have another ugly wire poking out the front as you walk be it on the kitchen counter on the way to the fridge. Hey at least I don’t have to delete any games from my hard drive now before installing a new game
