But Best Buy customer service was awesome and sent me another this time through ups and conformation picture. It works great! Just what I need for my sons PS4. Son is extremely happy no more complaining I can’t update.

My only complaint is if you even slightly move the connection while it is connected it will lose connection to the PS5.

The only thing to be aware of before buying is this: The PS 5 won't play ganes directly from the drive, so you have to copy the game data on the PS 5's local storage before playing the game.
