Works great with my PlayStation 5 machine. Easy to use.

This HDD is great for backing up games that you no longer play. I use it to transfer over game data to free up storage on my console. The set up is super easy and formatting is seamless. Great product, great price!

I never thought id need it and when i did it was a lifesaver! Stores so much and its simple to start up! Just simply plug into your console and it does all the job. Love and would definetely reccomend to anyone who games big storage cames like COD.

Absolutely astounded with the amount of space that I have and how much time I save no having to redownload games. You can play PS4 games off of it, you can store ps5 games on it, once you remap it there is a 1.5 gb preinstall that will be there.

overall great if you're looking for a quick and easy plug and play external hard drive, Great if you have playstation premium you can download every game you might want that's not stream only and have them on your hard drive ready to play at any time you want.

I think the biggest problem of the product is the fact of not being able to use the games stored in it, it is an expansion of space but it does not allow you to use them unless you exchange the game from the game drive to your ps5, which would not be entirely bad if this exchange of information were fast, however it takes almost the same as downloading the game directly from the playstation store, which could make this same drive useless if you have a good internet connection and downloading games is more agile than the exchange of games between the drive and the playstation, however this brings me to its positive point because it can serve on very specific occasions, for example if you will go on a trip or take your ps5 to a place where there is no internet and you will be for several days, in this case I think its functionality is very good because you can download the games you want on your ps5 and apart from filling the drive with many more and in this case you would have a much wider library of games even without an internet connection, however I consider that even so it could be a thousand times better and that only with a simple change which would be to be able to use the games of the drive without having to move them between the ps5 and the drive

It transferred my games to the external hard drive and holds them until I need to play them and transfer them back keeps me from deleting files.

Works just as described in description. This works on Ps5 but you can’t play PS5 games directly from storage, only PS4 games.
