I always go with Seagate for my external hard drives. I am using this on my PS5 and it works great. This is a must have if you plan on downloading a lot of PS4 games. Easy plug and play.

Good for storing Ps4 games on your Ps5. Do not let BB tell you it will work for Ps5 games. Yes you can store Ps5 games on it, but then you have to load the game back onto your system to play it. If you need more memory you need to install more internal memory.

Mine never came in the mail. All I got was a run around from the delivery truck company, and BestBuy didn't help either. I even filed "reports" with the delivery company. All I got for 2 months was a couple of phone calls with people that barely speak english. They said it's the fault of BestBuy, and they said it's the delivery's problem. No one helped me, and I'm out a bunch of money.

Seems to be a decent drive for my PS5 - particularly to offload PS4 games I am not using at any given time. I figured it would be a decent compromise: far less expensive than an extern SSD or a drive with less capacity and not a noisy as a powered external drive, even if the latter would be a little faster.

I have a 2TB hard drive in my PS4 and I completely filled it up. I didn’t want to go trough the hassle of installing another larger internal hard drive so I started looking around and found this external hard drive. It works great. I moved over a bunch of games and play them regularly without any issues off of this external hard drive. Do yourself a favor and pick this up. It will save you a bunch of time and hassle. If you need more space, this is your easy answer. Only negative I found is that you can’t fasten the hard drive to the PS4 so it just sits on top or next to the system. Also, the usb cable is a bit short so you will be limited on where you can place the drive. I am using this drive with an original PS4 and play only physical media (discs).

I was over 2 TB when I moved everything including some library online stuff so I was so glad I spent the difference to get the 4 TB. It worked as stated. Plug it into the PS4 and do the format good to go.

This extra storage is working out perfectly. My husband loves being able to have all his games downloaded again and still be able to get more games if he wants and not have to worry about running out of space.

This device was very simple to install and I love how seamless it is. It looks like all games are just directly in my PS4 so there's no switching anything to find games.

I brought this to save all my ps5 games on and this was the best investment overall, it was easy and simple to set up and im a very happy customer, i hope this helps.

It cleared up space on my PS5, even though im still waiting on the PS5 hard-drive, i was finally able to download my games, once everything was moved over to the hard-drive.

Well made and holds all of my games. Now I dont have to worry about taking anything off of my playstation to make room.

Quite possibly the best accessory fot the Playstation! This alows you to download games without having to delete other games to fit them on the hard drive. If your like me and have alot of different games you like to play. This is perfect!

The storage for games on my PS4 was rapidly filling up. I searched to find external storage and found it. Simple installation and now I have more than enough storage for the foreseeable future from a company I know and trust.

Perfect fit for may PlayStation 4 gaming consol. This now allows me to download more games to play then before i had to delete some games to install others. This was especially great for the Game Sub Nautical.

VERY simple installation, I'd follow the recommendations online of game locations. Meaning, whether to put the games on the HD or the main memory. It's stood up to a few power outages (meaning, getting turned off without shutting down), and I leave it plugged in all the time. I have not noticed lag on the games I play coming off this drive vs the main memory. My advice, pick a handful of games and load them overnight, worked well for me and I never had downtime.

Awesome hard drive for PS4 games on your PS5. Plus you can store PS5 games on it and then transfer them back to to internal hard drive of the PS5 when you want to play them
