I used this drive to transfer my games and apps from my old Xbox one to my new Xbox one S and it was as easy as it gets. Just plug it in and go.

His games take up a lot of gigs, so this was the perfect gift for him. He can download games to his heart s content

I have a Xbox one with a 1TB hard drive. Needed more space since games have become memory munchers. No more having to delete games to get more space for new ones. Its basically plug and play. Easy to move games over that are installed already on existing Xbox and portable to plug and play on other Xbox's.

I wasn't too sure at first how well and external hard drive would actually work. This drive has exceeded my expectations - and it's easy to carry around, too.

Happy with this purchase for someone with an Xbox One. 2TB should give him enough extra storage space for additional games...he's very happy.

Hubby needed more space on his xbox one as far as downloading his game and having space left. Finally getting him this he has it! Great buy!

Works perfect...easy to set-up. No wall plug in required. Havent experienced any overheating or FRD in the games ive downloaded to it. DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!

For those who have the 500gb Xbox one, this drive makes it very easy to add extra storage to your current Xbox without having to take it apart.. just plug it into the usb and velcro it to the top of the unit and your set, very simple to use and download games..

Needed to reduce my C drive of videos, pictures and such. This external drive was simple to set up; my alien laptop downloaded every piece of media I wanted to go external with. I loaded tons of stuff off my C drive and didn't put a nick in this yet; still a boat load of memory to use up. The unit shipped and arrived quickly, and I am so happy to recommend it.

just great to have all that storage. I just don't understand why doesn't Microsoft just give it to you for nothing but then they wouldn't make any money

I was worried that buying the drive made for Xbox was not a great choice when there my be better ones. This is a great storage device for a great price.

Nice that it's two terabytes for a hundred bucks wish it would hold my movies and games at the same time but guess that's technology for you these days

This was a great purchase. Aside from it being green to represent Xbox, it was easy to set up and reliable. Only flaw, and I think this is the Xbox and not the drive....is the drive doesn’t turn off when the Xbox goes off. So that sucks. But even when I leave it plugged in, it doesn’t overheat or anything. I’d say get it. I should’ve gotten a 4tb tho lol.

2TB extra storage already formatted for the Xbox! What more do you need? Seriously though, this has been the greatest thing and you can easily travel with it and bring it to a friends house, etc. I wish it was Black though as now that Im older with my own place this lime green thing doesn’t match any of the decor including the black console.

If you have a 500GB you know that storage is scarce and important. Thus, this is the solution for a common problem. And a very good solution actually.

Works great. Store associate told me plug and go and that is what my son did. Loves it . Now he can add more games to his XBOX One.

My xbox hard drive was full, so I decided to pick this up, and it has 2 Terabytes of storage so it wont be full for a loonnnng time.

My son's system ran out of space and didnt know what to do. I researched and saw this and ordered it. Very easy to set up and now there is space.
