I bought this external hard drive for my son’s Xbox One, as he needed more memory for games. It’s perfect! The only reason it’s 4 and not 5 stars is there were no instructions for formatting, nor an explanation that there are 2 possible formats with the Media format being the default. Once I looked it up online, though, it was super easy to format to save games on. It also has more than enough memory at 2tb, and is easy to hook up as it’s just plugging in the USB cord that comes with it, and following the prompts to download.

Great product for Xbox. My son ran out of storage on his Xbox one s so he needed this to download more games and apps. It is awesome because you can take it with you to play your games on your friends Xbox. Plenty of storage for downloading heavy games.

Bought this for my 9yr old son to save his games for the xbox1. Was a very quick and easy install. Ton's of memory and works great! Light weight and easy to take with you. Would recommend this product to any gamer looking to store all your games and achievements on one portable device....AAA+ product

I bought this for my 11 year because he ran out of space on his xbox. He opened it, plugged it in and was playing games within a few minutes. Obviously this is very easy to use and really is, as the reviews stated, plug-and-play. It's very small so it takes up very little room on his very crowded dresser. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent external add on storage for an Xbox One. Adds just under 2TB (1.8 I think it was) of usable space. Installed easily. Games play flawlessly. Have had the drive for several months without any problems with game play or the drive.

Got tired of deleting old games for new, so I bought this gem and couldn't be happier. Now I simply transfer played games to the external drive rather than deleting them. Transfer speeds are good and, you can continue play on the external HD if you want. I haven't noticed any drop in performance going from internal to external HD.

working great. upgraded from Xbox one to Xbox Series S and it is still compatible. a little bit slow compared to internal SSD driver, but there is option to move games from this drive to internal SSD, so still very useful. plenty of storage room.

Works great for consoles. Its just extra storage for games so you don't have to uninstall and reinstall games all the time. This is my second storage drive I have bought, now i have lots of storage for games. Seagate is such an amazing company I buy their HDD for my computer to.

This drive offered more storage than comparably priced drives with less. So far, so good. My son loves it and has more than enough game storage (for the moment) for his Xbox One. Great buy!

Installing it was a pain, but you can google the solutions. I bought it to store my favorite 360 games and use on my XBox 1, which is working great. You can store almost 50 games, they say... I have 11 so far, and still have a lot of storage left.

For lovers of games, it is very important to have an external hard drive in order to have the desired games and not have to erase games already installed on the console, very good acquisition. It is easy to use alone, 2 tb you know enough not to miss the favorite games.

This external hard drive for the Xbox one is a must if you have many games. I purchased this for my 16 year old son because his 1TB Xbox one was full to capacity. He was so happy to have this so he doesn't have to keep deleting games and re-installing them later because he was out of memory. It simply plugs right in.

This hard drive is awesome. set up took under 5 minutes, from box to ready to go. The drive runs at the same speed as the internal drive so it is nice and quick. Also you can bring the drive to your friends house and play games without installing it on their system, as long as it's digital or you bring the disc! Great purchase

It's very tiny and very fast. Like so many I quickly ran out of internal space on my Xboxone. I got this moved everything over to it and I no longer have any problems. There is no lag or read time, it runs seamlessly like it was the internal hard drive. no noise
