    We was urged tonpurchase tgis harddrive for xbox one because it was supposed to be plug and play. Not true. We had to formatt the drive.

    It worked great up until it just stopped one day. I had it less than 12 months and it never moved from my xbox. Tried trouble shooting but seems the thing is just dead. Bummer too cause for the price of this 1 Tb I discovered I can buy a 4 TB.

    Stores 1.9TB however any modern consoles will warn you to keep new games on internal storage, and newer games wont be playable, and will be forced to be left on internal storage to be playable. Overall 3 stars, decent product, but wouldve been nice to know about the newer console storage issue.

    Great amount of storage but if you put any of the new Xbox series x/s games on it you can’t play them because the hard drive isn’t fast enough I do not recommend this one spend the extra money and get the $219 memory card made for the x/s
