Have had it for less than 24 hrs, no damage either and the thing started blinking after it synced up and was copying and now it wont read at all not even on my computer or my friends xbox and now I have to return it fri. Because tomorrow is thanksgiving and their closed and now my son is just as disappointed as I am about this... this really sucks I better get a refund or another with a guarantee that itll work otherwise it needs to be recalled!!!!

Trash deleted i my games for no reason stoped working in less than a year

I wish I could give a good review to this Seagate Hard Drive but it suddenly stopped working, light won’t turn on and it isn’t recognized on any device. It wasn’t moved or bumped or dropped. My son lost all of his games and is devastated. We troubleshooted with the website and still nothing. We are out of our return period as it’s been 32 days so we can’t return it. I can’t believe I spent this much money and have nothing to show for it.

all external stores are needed in may opinion. bad it but stopped working

So i bought 2 of these, one for a friend and one for myself. Just over a month later, his works fine, mine has tanked and no longer works at all.

I bought this for my son, and they keep malfunctioning. He’s on the third one. Mine works fine though.

I’m glad I purchased the protection plans because I had to replace it 3 times before I gave up and got my money back

Extremely frustrated with this purchase. I paid $90 for this to use with my new Xbox series s only find after trying to download games that it does not support the new games as it it is not “fast” enough. Wasted my money. Guess I should have know this?

Was looking for an external hard drive for my 360 slim. But this one does not work and the 360 wouldn't not match with it. So I returned it.

Seagate is a known name. This product failed twice, returned and bought a different brand, all good!

Due to poor internet quality where I live, It took me a couple weeks to get all my games Downloaded on to it. On the day that I finished with the downloads, I could not wait to get off work to play games with my friends. I get home, ready to play and the drive is D E A D!!!

Hard drive broke after one week just sitting on top of my Xbox

It’s good for the Xbox one, but series x or s games it doesn’t run

Me and my friends bought this hard drive together and all of our hard drives stopped working for no reason. Honestly I would recommend getting a higher quality hard drive instead of this one. This is my 2nd time buying this hard drive.

on my third one now...these things always crash just a few weeks after the warranty expires as if they are pre programed to do just that.....I'm thinking though that this new one I just bought will probably become intermittent before the warranty expires this time...in fact I'm almost sure!

Died after 1 year. Not happy with it at all. I have had other drives last 3 times longer.

It messed up in less than a day. I did everything right, When trying to install games it would say installation stoped. And it would not even be reconized on my xbox. And the light didnt turn on. I should have listened to the other reviews. Save your money and Buy a different one.

Purchased as Christmas gift for my son and the drive failed after only two months of use. Tried it on both of our Xbox One consoles and neither would recognize it. The LED power light does not come on but you can feel the drive spinning. Going to attempt to take it up with Seagate's warranty coverage.

Haven’t even owned the product 6 months. Like the other reviews online stated, 3 months was all it took and it had an issue corrupting so I had to reformat. Another month or so goes by and it bit the dust hard. The thing isn’t even recognized by my Xbox. Do not buy this product.

The device arrived in the box and upon my attempt to install and use, it wasn’t working. I called Seagate customer service and upon painstaking attempts to fix we came to the conclusion that it arrived broken and I had to have a replacement sent.
