Best Buy replaced it under warrantee, no issues. This drive works well, easy to setup and move existing games over. Slight performance hit on my Elite but negligible on my other Xbone. I had one HDD fail within the first 6 months, would recommend the extended warrantee for this. Unfortunately lost all my game saves, but hey, I wanted to start over playing Skyrim anyway, right? Games are getting bigger, annoyed that the consoles still come with 500GB drives, no where near enough for a half dozen of the popular games.

He was planning on using the money he got from relatives for Christmas to buy this, so was super excited when he opened it Christmas morning. He also thinks it's cool that it matches his gaming head phones. He put it to use right away to download Cyber Punk. Def recommend!

There is one basic step in the xbox menus to format the drive for your machine. Takes only a second and the drive works perfectly. Great addition to the xbox which is way too limited on space out of the box.

Occasionally they will need to be replugged, as they won't be read by the Xbox, but that is rare. Best way to store our games.
