Husband ran out of space on our XBox One. You definitely don't need the XBox branded hard drive, however, this one is made for the XBox. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up and is specifically compatible with the XBox. It was better for us than having to format another drive. I think these are like $10 more than other comparable brands, but it's worth the extra money cause we are lazy :P

When it comes to storage for the Xbox one this is an amazing storage drive it holds up to a lot of games these are amazing I would recommend them to you if you have a small storage unit for the Xbox one buy this product it will expand it for so much games and amazing play time experience!

It works of course, yet the storage for the price (even at the time) was a high price. Otherwise the hard drive works well for storage. Doesn't seem to lag/delay.

It has a lot of space to store all my games, and it's easy to setup.

We bought the external hard drive so we had more space for games on the Xbox and so that we can just download them on that from the store on the Xbox versus having a bunch of discs taking up actual space in the house and we also have kids and they sometimes would get into the discs and ruin them so definitely recommend an external hardrive plus it's a really awesome green!

Plug this thing into your Xbox One and give yourself more space for games! I have 2 of these actually, each for a different Xbox One console. Some of these games consume so much space but between this and the console hard drive you can still have plenty of games available to play without much worry about disk space.

This is one of the best external hard drives out there for the Xbox in my opinion because they last a very long time. I ended up buying a second one these since my standard black 1TB hard drive stopped playing my games and I already had another one these which I never I had problems out of it.

So far in the month I’ve owned this product it had proved to be very useful. 2TB of storage is a massive amount of storage that allows you to ad plenty of new titles plus more. I no longer have to uninstall some games to add another. I recommend this external storage to any Xbox One owner.
