It does what I need it to do. I wish there was a way to turn off the power light when I'm not using my Xbox. For now, I just unplug the power cord when it's not in use.

I love it a great external storage device. Ine draw back is it is bulky so make sure you have room for it,

Can't write a review because purchased for Xbox Series X and Best Buy being a NATIONAL Electronics & Appliance store has minimal if any re-stock. It's easier to purchase at Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, BJ's etc. So, maybe someday I'll get one since I have a BEST BUY Gift Card since Xmas to buy one. Guess you're better off being a food store or clothing store to get stock.

easy to set-up, compatible with XBOX one, The data transfer cable is poorly made. The micro/macro USB broke off into his device. We removed it, got a replacement cord but it didn't not fix the issue. CURRENTLY NOT WORKING and my son is really bummed that he may lose the games and data stored on this device. I need to loon into the warranty information.

This is the second external hard drive I had bought. The first one just stoped working completely. It wouldn’t turn on. I tried different ways to make it turn on but was unsuccessful. First one only lasted 6 months but I was unfortunate and didn’t purchase the geek squad insurence and couldn’t return it or get it fixed. The second external hard drive, I bought it and it didn’t even last a month before it started to give me issues. The drive would turn on and off. Then when it turned back on the games saved wouldn’t work due to being corrupted so I would have to uninstall and reinstall. Even though I never did any changes to the game. Updates on the games saved on the external drive would be incomplete or unable to download update at all. The last day I had the external hard drive, the Xbox wouldn’t even read it. Even though it had power and I restarted the system 3 times to see if it would read it. Overall I was very un satisfied with this product. Maybe other people might have better luck than I did with this product.

It seems to overheat sometimes even when not in use. I’m babying it and only using bout 2 TB I haven’t had any major issues yet but read a lot of bad reviews online and a friend of mine had his completely fail on him so fingers crossed. Buy the warantee no matter what!!!

Very realiavable and easy to use very good price too

I saw 8 tb worth of storage, and thought it would be ideal for me because I am an avid gamer. Once I transferred everything to the hard drive, nothing worked on the Xbox.

It worked perfect the first 4 maybe 5 months then it just stopped working!! I was so disappointed!!

After just a year it is no longer reading or loading games. With such poor quality control, I'd be hesitant to buy anything from this company again. If you buy, I would definitely suggest getting Geek Squad coverage as the one year mfc warranty is woefully insufficient. Otherwise buy at your own risk.

Will not allow games to download, if they download, they will not play. Caused me to take back an X-Box One X to the Microsoft store and exchange for a new one. I should have been exchanging this external drive. I will be returning it to the store. I would not and cannot recommend this product at this time.
