This is great buy and is quick and easy to use for backing up and storing important data , pictures, and files.

My Laptop hard drive crashed - while under warranty. BUT, the repair site refused to replace the hard drive, just wrote a program to skip over the bad sectors. I bought this drive as a replacement for the certain failure of the current drive. Haven't installed it yet -- and am disappointed that I couldn't get the size hard drive I wanted. Best Buy has evidently discontinued the 750 GB drives, forcing us to buy either a 320 GB or a 1TB. Fortunately, I was able to get this one on a special order. We'll see how it performs when it gets installed.

small and fast! Looks nice too. Works with PC, but I reformatted and it now works with my PC and also with my MAC.
