    Had device 1 year. After having to reformat my cpu I was thankful I had backed up my pictures and documents on a Seagate external harddrive. The first time I actually needed it the drive crashed and I lost everything! Now Seagate wants me to pay them $500 to recover the files! Find a better product!

    This thing completely sucks. I cannot fathom why it has gotten good reviews. I've had mine for 2 months and it's dead, won't spin up at all. Piece of junk, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
