Great product does what we want it to do but set up is not easy. Product does not come with detailed installation instructions. If it did I would give it 5 stars

Easy to move and access anywhere in the house; love the compact look and appreciate the easy functions.

Great product for a photographer with hundreds of thousands of photos needing plenty shortage. Small size makes it easy to fit and take anywhere.

Did exactly what I wanted it to do! Was able to download movies to wireless hard-drive and stream them to my Ipad Air 2 using the app.

Easy setup - love the concept of storing Terabytes of mp3 files and stream to my iPod or Samsung Tablet (10.1) It streamed fine to my iPhone but when I tried it on my Samsung Tablet it would start to play a file/song and then stop and lose the connection. Now, to be fair, since it worked fine on my iPod for about a half hour but not on my tablet - the fault could have been with my tablet. I was going to exchange it for another drive, except when I tried to delete all my mp3 files from the drive, there were about 25 files it would not let me delete with an error msg that the files were corrupt and could not be deleted. So, I'm not sure exactly what the problem was but will wait a few months and buy it again hoping that if it was a "bug" it will be fixed. Seagate typically makes excellent products and the disconnect could have been the fault of my tablet. However, the corrupt files on the drive were a surprise...

Was able to clean up my old laptops and transfer all the documents and pictures seamlessly. Easy to use and user friendly.

Great value for having access to DVD library. Right at my fingertips and portable go anywhere.

I have an iPhone but gonna get an Android so I can switch without worrying about loosing my photos, videos, music, and movies.

Used this to backup everthing from our phones to computers. Easy to use and wireless to stay connected all the time.

I mostly use this to watch movies on my iPad. Works great. I also used it on TV and iPhone with no problems. Works with PC and Mac.

Was a little confusing at first to set up. But after that, it worked great for being on the road and watching your movies stored in it.

I have not been able to mess around with it enough but it is a great external. Installing on the PC has taken longer than expected but that is about the only issue I have come across.

Seagate has created a great product here, the Internet patch through could be optimized though. Doesn't always connect on the first try ( Internet patch through). Great cabling provided.

This is a quality product but maybe not the best choice for what I needed to buy. Or it is possible that I have not figured out how to use it for my needs. It is a quality product.

I'm glad I got this! It's small and convenient enough to take when I travel to immediately download and backup my pictures!

easy to use, no effort involved! if you need a backup drive , this is it! so easy to copy files to.

Useful Hard drive, works with my Xbox 360 and my PS3. It makes it easy for me to stream movies and watch on my big screen.

Works well and does exactly what it says it does. I use as a "cloud" to play music and share files though all my devices.

This product is great, its going to help me store a ton of items rather than having a bunch of usb memory
