Got this as a promo with the movie, the secret life of pets. Great movie! My dog got the toy. She gave it 5 paws, the toy and the movie.

This plush is a bit bigger and definitely better quality than I expected for the low price. If your child is a fan of pets then grab it!

He's a super small plush toy from the Secret life of pets movie. My daughter loves him. He's worth the sale price of 3.99 but not more.
