I was first introduced to Webroot when I bought a new Dell computer a little over 8 months ago, and it came with a free 6 month trial of Webroot. It does its job without slowing down the computer at all. The scan function is extremely fast. My computer has never been infected thanks to this product. When the free trial ran out I was impressed enough to buy a subscription to Webroot.

Really good protection for my laptop it havent cuase any problem for me yet!!

I arrived at Best Buy with the intent of asking for assistance in repairing my compuer. The person that I met with looked it over and told me what was needed. I had my computer returned within 5 days and it works perfectly. The Geek Squad really knows what they are doing! In fact, I brought a friend in with her computer that was having difficulties and they fixed it on the spot.

I was given this software when I purchased my new computer. I didn't know much about it but I've been pleased with how easy it was to install and how well it is protecting my computer. i like how it can be used on up to three devices so my laptop can be protected with it, as well. I would recommend this software for others who are looking to keep their computers protected.

security has not been a problem after installing webroot internet security

its ok, would prefer Kaspersky, but this comes with BB computers. So it'll do till the time runs out and it can be replaced with a better scan. Would be awesome if BB was as quick to be interested in actual customer service as they are in sending out these surveys. Last survey I done was for a TV I never even bought and ask them To have someone contact me about it. Never heard a word. A week Later I wrote againNd inquired as to why is not heard, they totally changed the reason for my inquiry, and not that I've bought this computer, it's my email address, and someone else's name this has been going on for several months and MULTIPLE emails. Guess how many they've responded too. (2). Guess how many times they've fixed it ...(0).

The software been great keeping my computer protected. Never had an issue.

I've bought this for two straight years and have had no issues with viruses.
