    This computer replaced an old one and is such an improvement. It's light, fast, and the resolution/graphics are excellent. It's more powerful, yet smaller, lighter, and easier to set up in our home office. We were pleased with the service at Best Buy; the sales associate who helped us was knowledgeable and did not try to upsell us.

    The Geek Squad Tech recommended Webroot over Norton. Norton takes up a lot of time and resources slowing performance at times and blocking some web actions. Webroot seems less intrusive and it found two viruses Norton missed.
