    I have no issues with the product but the subscription states it is only for six months not twelve. Now I will have to subscribe for twelve months at an additional cost earlier. The package itself stated twelve months.

    We only installed this product on Windows 7 and 8.1; and so far works without draining system resources. Not sure if this product would actually guard against a virus as we have not experienced its full protection yet.

    I have used other internet security products before, and I can definitely say that this does not unnecessarily overload your system down. I use it on macbook pro and have see no problems so far. I highly recommen this.

    I received this (short-term) security software free with my laptop purchase. I chose not to install it and I am using the built-in (free) Windows Defender for protection instead. I only use my laptop for basics like email, Skype, facebook, and internet searches. In the past I have used many types of paid security software (Trend, Norton, Webroot, etc.) and I have found that for me they don't seem to be any better than the free security and they seem to slow down my computer. I have used Microsoft Security Essentials and now Microsoft Windows Defender for years and they perform fine for me. No viruses or issues of any kind.
