I just had the Geek Squad work on my computer because the previous program that is as suppose to protect it from show spyware was less than adequate. So far no problems and the speed of my computer is greatly enhanced.

We've all heard about The big anti-virus companies; I had never heard of webroot and I and pleasantly surprised. The geek squad guy recommended webroot and one of the things that convinced me was that everything lives on the cloud, so I wouldn't have it running and updating in the background ... Which always annoys me

Easy to install. Installs on three computers......

Webroot replaced Trend Micro's Internet security also purchased from Best Buy. I think it is less obtrusive and seem to allow things to run a little quicker, from start up to browsing. It has the same features too!

I'm not sure exactly how to evaluate an internet security program. I can say that it is unobtrusive, it doesn't seem to slow the computer down at all, and there haven't been any security breaches that I'm aware of.

My Norton subscription was running out, and the tech from the Geek Squad said Web Root was rated higher by users, and mentioned that renewal on it is free when you renew your Geek Squad service after a year. That seemed like a great deal, so I went for it.. It was super easy to install, and it scans quickly. I haven't noticed it doing anything, which the tech mentioned, too. Less pop-ups and constant reminders than what Norton throws at you. I haven't had it installed for very long, but so far, so good.

I've used Webroot for some years now no issues ever

doesthe job. its all that you need. a complimentary product with the purchase of my new laptop, 6 months of antyvirus, it does the job dont have problems with it.

I received a free 6-months of protection for my new Dell computer when I purchased it from Best Buy. I love how it just quietly protects in the background. I don't notice it at all, yet it is working. It doesn't slow down my computer either. I am really considering purchasing this once my free subscription runs out.

I haven't had any problems with Web root installed.

WebRoot has prevented my PC from being infected by malware and viruses on a few occasions. It pretty much does everything automatically but also allows me to perform scans manually. When it does a scan, it also checks online to see if there are any new threats and updates the software while doing so. A great feature!

So Far the web root is good I have had no problems.
