The software seems to work well for the home user. Business users should note that it will not exclude individual file types from scanning. It will only use the exclusion for entire folders.

Free when I bought the computer. Pay after the first year. Paid anti-virus services are a dime a dozen these days. It's ease of the interface you pay for and honestly, in my case, it's how little the product pops-up to tell me it's done an update while I am playing a game or watching a movie. This isn't great but better than most. There are some great free ones and some great pay ones. I would just take a free one and be aware of what I'm doing on the computer/internet. After all, the best anti-virus can be wrecked by an user who doesn't know any better.

It was a little tricky for me setting this up for my phone and laptop to have them associated with the same account. I still don't think I got it right , but as long as it protects me I'm happy

I keep receiving mails to download and my tablet and Mac say downloaded. Have not had time to take to store for help. I sure it is something on my part

The average computer user and web surfer will find this to be very helpful and easy to use. It doesn't noticeably slow down my computer like some anti-virus programs have in the past, and hasn't given me any grief while trying to run other programs. It mostly runs in the background, except for a safety rating icon in front of search results. The virus scans are also relatively fast. Con: Advanced users/admins may want something more robust.

Honestly the computers came with antivirus software. It's hard to know which is running or not and if they crosstalk. I got it because it can handle 3 devices (planning on a phone upgrade soon).

This my second time buying this security system and so far my computers have not been compromised. I was not sure if I needed it for my apple computers but because I trusted it I had to put it on.

I typically do not add any protection to any of my Apple products. I received this item free as a pack in. It seems to work well but I think I could live without. Better safe than sorry I guess.

I got the subscription free with my purchase. So far it's not really done much. I did like the idea of using this on a phone, but haven't tried it.

It was good to get this with the PC so it was protected till I got home but had to remove as already had multi PC protection from McAfee but had I not I would of been happy to keep using Webroot.

Always a plus to be protected. This item I bought cause I needed something to protect my laptop and PC. Those other free downloading did not work. Definitely am happy with webroot Thanks geek squad

So far so good! It caught a virus a couple of times already and my moms desktop is doing well (thumb up). Especially like the feature that warns you ahead of time if the website is infected.

This is a very good anti-virus option for macs. It runs smoothly on system and integrates well. It also doesn't burn through active processing memory etc as many windows based other options do.

Webroot 1-yr Security Program came included with my new PC. I didn't have much of a choice as to which program to choose from but, since it's a Best Buy product, I feel safe and secure in knowing that it will be a dependable product in keeping my new computer safe and free from outside threats.

never heard of this program, it came free with my laptop purchase. i can assume its decent. no problems thus far a couple months into activation.

I was skeptical of this software because I'd never heard of it before purchasing my Lenovo Edge 15, but I have to say it's much less obnoxious than AVG, which I was running on my old Lenovo Touchpad. Great service and I will definitely be purchasing this software when my subscription runs out.

Installed by Geek Squad tech support when laptop restore service completed. Had identity theft occur on paypal last time I had webroot in use as anti-virus software. Hope no problems this time.

Not much experience with it as the computer I installed it on was returned the day after installing it and I dont need it for the Mac I purchased instead. It was quick and easy to install.

I have used Webroot for a number of years and am happy that it does not slow the computer like its' competitors - protection seems adequate - teams with Geeksquad service plan

Amazing computer protection and for 3 computers you cant beat the price. The password vault is a bit of a pain at first, but when you get the hang of it theres another great part of the software.
