I normally have apple computers this is a first PC I've purchased in a while and I I am very happy with the anti-virus software that Best Buy recommended. it is especially useful knowing how PCs can be affected by viruses and I am happy that I was able to get such a great deal on it

With my previous Anti-Virus I had to keep resetting my firewall, with WEBROOT I don't have to do that, it stays set and runs auto scans at preset times. I love the hands off approach.

This software works in the background, but still seems to catch everything it needs to. It doesn't take up a lot of system resources like other products I've tried. It also didn't give me pop-ups all the time trying to get me to renew my subscription, Kaspersky drove me away with that.

I strongly advise anyont with a computer to join ths Geek Squaad faamily. It will save money. They will give you answers, lead you through problems, and even come to your homereduced for a ruduced price. Well worth it! They do not even mind clueless beginner or repeated questionns.

I have always used Norton Premier for my computer antivirus and security needs, but now Webroot is the way to go. As soon as I click on any website that might have the slightest bit of distrust, a prompt quickly opens with great informative information about the site. Great job Webroot!

Geek squad recommended and installed Web root on my desktop computer. I have had no issues to date. A scan is completed by Web root software and potential viruses are identified and eliminated.

So far the software has proven faster and doesn't suck up a lot of resources. Removed the old AV software from the wife's laptop and installed Webroot. She's running faster than ever now.

Webroot is an excellent non-intrusive and incredibly easy to install antivirus/internet security software program. It works hard and steps lightly meaning it's not a memory hog and doesn't slow your device down while scanning and protecting you from malicious code. I've used Norton and McAfee, both very good but more cumbersome than I cared for. After much research and for the features and money, I felt Webroot was my best solution. Been using it with no problems for 2 years and love it.

Decent software package that came free with my laptop purchase. I've installed it on 2 other machines to use all 3 licenses. Software runs quickly and doesn't tie up system resources.

It does what it is supposed to do. I haven't tested it to see if it picks up everything but through several days of daily use, the computer has been running fine with no attacks, etc.

This has helped me figure out so much STUFF that I did not know how to do!! It has paid for itself a 100 times already. Almost everyone that has helped me has been so polite and helpful!! I am very impressed. I have told all of my friends about it and have encouraged them to buy it!!

I have used Webroot for a few years now, and it functions so well, I often forget it is there. And that is what I want from an antivirus software, great protection from behind the veil.

So far Webroot routinely scans two of our Apple computers for malware and viruses, allows one to request an antivirus scan if a threat is suspected, and then provides detailed reports of the scans. I like that it works in the background without disrupting or slowing down my work.

it looks works faster and protect my computer in the minimal case of atacks, its easy to use and esay to install i recomend this product .I already Recomend This sofware to my friends.

I am not sure if this is a normal process for an antivirus program but every time I log on it has detected issues and wants me to perform a full scan which can take upwards of 15 minutes.

I was able to use Webroot on 3 devices included in the purchase price. It made my old laptop much quicker and is easy to turn on and off for a conflict in any trusted applications.

Have had Webroot for 2 years now & it seems to do a good job protecting our computers. The renewal process through GeekSquad was not very convenient, but it seems to have worked out ok.

The protection started immediately. When WebRoot was recommended, and I was told "supported by Geek Squad", I was all in, just to have the ability to call someone to walk you through a situation, solidified the deal.

The jury is still out on this item. But as a free (initial) product with purchase... it is worth the try. It does not appear to slow the machine down. Easy to use. Sure, give it a try.

I've been using Norton for a long time. I received this with a service pkg that I got in purchasing a new computer. It seems ok. We'll see. Iffy about recommending; too new to tell for me.
