This was installed on my laptop after Geek Squad service. I reinstalled my previous security because, after some research, I learned that the basic version did not provide the best protection, as my original security. Webroot is rated well by Geek Squad, but I recommend paying more and getting the upgraded version for the best protection. In these time, basic protection is not enough, so you get what you pay for with security. If you value your computer and data protection, get the version with the most features.

I love having such a range of options to work with. Being a on-line student I have time to get fancy with font, power points and have fun doing so. This is a great investment added to my Surface Pro and convenient to add to other laptops or computers at home. Awesome

Well most antivirus and security software just does what it supposed to do without much fuss so it's hard to evaluate this one, for the record it hasn't caused any problems.

The one thing I like the most is that it gives me the straight up information as soon as I turn on my computer and never really bothers me during my computer session. The online uses like turning off an affected computer without being on said computer is pretty cool.

This is a great product. Was running McAfee and it was really slowing down the system. You can hardly tell it is running and does not seem to effect the computers performance.

This anti virus kit is very convenient and simple to install. Just pop the cd in and follow the on screen steps. I have not had a single issue thanks to this software.

I bought this product and had my daughter install it for me because I didn't know how. She said it's a good product and I believe she's right, it is working great and I have no more problems with my computer. This was installed 2 months ago and is still working great.

I am not a person that knows a lot about software but I have been told that having programs running all the time could slow your system down. Not in this case, my system is running just as fast as before I installed webroot not to mention the product keeping me safe.

I am very thankful that B EST Buy representative recommended this when I brought in Mt desktop for a cleaniut. I no longer have freeze-ups and it catches numerous viruses

It is easy to install, plus it came free with qualified purchases...cannot beat that!

It was an easy program to install and immediately scanned files, identified possible infections and deleted them. The issue that I had was the change in internet settings without our knowledge. I called Geek Squad for assistance and they could not figure it out. I had to go to a local store and wait for over an hour to speak with a member of Geek Squad to identify the problem. Fortunately it wasn't that hard and all is well now.

It seems to be a good security software. I have only been using it, for the first time ever, a couple of weeks so not that familiar with it. I'm told it is as good as any.

I got this as an add-on to my purchase at BB. I am glad l did as it caught some phishing viruses Kaspersky and Avast did not. I then installed it in my other 2 computers. Interesting enough, and unlike other AV programs it does not conflict with existing AV software.

Computer crashed & Geek Squad able to put all back in great working order! The WebRoot internet security system came with the repair and so far it has worked quite well!

Great product offered for free with best buy purchases. I will purchase when the trial is over. It prompts me anytime there is something sketchy and also marks websites that may not be secure when you search before your click on the hyperlink. This is a great feature!

Great product. And sales service. The Geek Squad service has gone down hill a lot. It took me 3 return trips to get my laptop setup properly. They can and should do better.

I received this product complimentary with a laptop I purchased from BestBuy. Installation was simple and didn't take much time. Protection features look good as well.

working great so far no fear of viruses was preferred by my person fixing a mess on my computer

It works really well. It's not super annoying like Norton or McAfee. It does at times think that real programs are viruses, but I prefer hyper vigilant over a virus any day.

Took longer than 3 minutes to install like the box stated. Had problems with setting up password - but finally got things working - thanks to customer service emails .
