Richard Pryor and gene wilder do such a great job working together. And it was a great price

This is a classic movie to see. I enjoy to see it at times.

This is a very funny movie. I love to watch it a lot.

As a fan of both the main actors I was intrigued enough to pick up this DVD, sadly I was disappointed by it. It was advertised as a comedy but there were few scenes I felt were truly amusing.

I found the plot of the movie incredibly politically incorrect with two men who rely on each others remaining senses to avoid forced situations as a comedy device. Believe it or not, my wife suggested this movie to me. I love the actors in the movie, and It's no "Blazing Saddles", "Young Frankenstein", and heck, it doesn't compare to "Superman III" not to mention "The Toy"

Pryor & Wilder made one my most favorite movie " Stir Crazy " . But this plot is just too thin.

okay but their best came later. you can see the genus forming but a poor movie.

I had watched silver streak so thought this would be a good follow up. Very slow and not well done.

Dave (Gene Wilder) is deaf, and Wally (Richard Pryor) is blind. They witness a murder. But Dave can only read lips (deaf) and was not looking. Wally could not see anything, but tripped over the body of the victum in front of the newstand where they work. From there, they are arrested, escape, encounter the murders who want a coin that they have but do not know it, and solve the mystery. It is a very interesting play with one who cannot see and the other who cannot hear - they find themselves in very funny situations. Wally espceially does not want to be any different than a sighted person - and finds himself in a bar fight - and comes out pretty well. This film is becoming dated but still is very entertaining. Released 1989 and Rated R - Mostly for language I think. Many R film can be troubling for some people, but this is a comedy and has great humor. Directed by Auther Hiller-Good to see Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor working together 12 years after the release of "Silver Streak."

An '80s comedy that still holds up well today. Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor have a great chemistry together. The blu ray version of the movie looks great for a low budget '80s comedy. For it's cheap selling price, if you're a fan of the movie don't hesitate to pick it up.

Gene wilder and richard Pryor made a few movies together and always made me laugh. They have great chemistry on screen and this movie is no different. Very funny film!

Great to have on Blu-ray. Hilarious! Innappropriate for children of course, but hilarious! One of Kevin Spacey's first roles - he makes a great villain!

I loved the movie when it came out and had to have it in my Blu-Ray collection. Another perfect pairing of Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder.

This is one of the more ridiculously funny and Gene Wilder movies. The story is funny and people enjoy it for a laugh.

Two of the brightest comedic all stars of all time together in a straight hilariuos film.

Hilarious flick from this fantastic comedy duo! Highly recommended!
