    Segway customer service is the worst. Had problem after 9 months. Segway CS completely ignored my warranty request without any feedback. Cancelled my request without notification. BestBuy also inform they don’t handle Segway warranty claim after sold. No meaning to buy Segway product from BestBuy.

    I got two scooters for my sons 7 year old and 10 year old for Christmas and he rode it twice and not holding the charge .

    Absolutely useless after 2 months. Unit was a good learner at first and fulfilling what we needed for our 9 year old daughter. After just a month or two the scooter does not maintain speeds or power levels. Sometimes at full throttle it will move quickly and other times it slows a bit then catches you off guard and zooms up again. This is all on a full charge and a flat surface. Unit was lightly used and has taken zero damage.

    Purchased this scooter for my son for Christmas. At 1st the scooter was a huge hit, took about 48 hours to get it to a full charge after taking out of box. With winter weather its been put up. Now scooter is not getting a full charge even with being on charger for many days. Very disappointed, now that the weather is good for my son to use it, the scooter dies almost instantly.

    The scooter wouldn’t power on, even after purchasing a new charger. Repairs have to go directly through Segway, which was a pain to contact.

    Bought this scooter for my 6 year old daughter. She loves it! Great quality scooter, holds charge for a long time. I give 4 stars because the LED lighting stopped working after 1 week of use.
