    One year warranty ends, then at 18 months the charging port fails. Not over used by my granddaughter. Just trying to get customer service on line is a mess, not even an option for (United States) in their menu. I see they say they sell a new charging port but I'm unable to disassemble the scooter to where I can get to the charging port. Closest USA repair shop, in another State.

    I got this for my daughter and three months after Xmas and now it will not hold a charge. Not sure how to resolve this. My daughter f8nd it easy to use but when it did hold a charge, it would work for about an hour and shut down.

    8 year old son Patiently waited for his Santa gift to charge and stopped working 30 min into his first ride. Called Segway, nothing they could do. Said to return to best buy. OUT OF STOCK. Son’s Christmas gift ruined!

    Kids love it and it is solid and quality. We have been happy that it has required virtually no help from the parents since we received it. Its fast for a "kids" scooter, but I think it could be a bit faster. I wish you could control the lights from scooter, without using the app.

    My 8 year old loves this scooter and I love that I can control it from my phone, if necessary. The t Registration and setup was easy and quick. It’s simple to charge. The placement of the brake handle and acceleration button is easily accessible.

    The scooter itself is solid and I love that it has solid core tires. The braking is super touchy though. Best Buy fulfilled really quickly and got it to us in plenty of time for Christmas
