  • Bestbuy gave me false information on warranty

    Before I brought this scooter, I was told that the scooter cant be warrented by Bestbuy but it does got a year warrenty through the manufacturer. I asked 3 time to 3 different bestbuy employers and all 3 said it will be covered by the manufacturer if something was wrong i could return it through them. I brought 2 scooters one has a bad battery and the manufacturer told me that i cant return the scooter only covers repairs. Bestbuy you need to train your employees with better information because if i knew i couldnt return it then i would have never brought it. Really upset
