Bestbuy gave me false information on warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Before I brought this scooter, I was told that the scooter cant be warrented by Bestbuy but it does got a year warrenty through the manufacturer. I asked 3 time to 3 different bestbuy employers and all 3 said it will be covered by the manufacturer if something was wrong i could return it through them. I brought 2 scooters one has a bad battery and the manufacturer told me that i cant return the scooter only covers repairs. Bestbuy you need to train your employees with better information because if i knew i couldnt return it then i would have never brought it. Really upset

Frustrated in Michigan (USA.)

Not over used by my granddaughter. Just trying to get customer service on line is a mess, not even an option for (United States) in their menu. I see they say they sell a new charging port but I'm unable to disassemble the scooter to where I can get to the charging port. Closest USA repair shop, in another State.

Not a good buy

Not sure how to resolve this. My daughter f8nd it easy to use but when it did hold a charge, it would work for about an hour and shut down.

Stopped working during First ride

Low Maintenance and Quality

We have been happy that it has required virtually no help from the parents since we received it. Its fast for a "kids" scooter, but I think it could be a bit faster. I wish you could control the lights from scooter, without using the app.
