    My son loved the product so far. Unfortunately, the main board failed during a ride and currently working with Segway to fix. They have been responsive but not fix yet which is frustrating.

    Have never used an e-scooter before and this was my first. The experience so far has been absolutely wonderful. Easy setup and doesn’t require much time. Also, the app is easy to download and sync. Definitely a good purchase and would recommend to all beginners who want to start with a decent bike!
