Very impressive

I initially bought this for myself to rode through trails around my area. But, I use it also to spend time with my girls when they want to ride their bikes. I know I am years late to the electric scooter world but so glad I arrived.

Great performance (on full battery)

For most people, this is probably okay, but if you're on the heavier side or want to double up, it can struggle or fail to get up hills.

Lasted 8 months and service is impossible to find

It lasted eight months before it locked up - brakes, throttle, steering, etc. It is dead weight. Service centers are so rare that they may as well not have any. Best Buy wont service them unless you purchase a service plan within 60 days of purchase, a fact that conceal at the time of purchase. Buying this unreliable junk was a mistake and buying from Best Buy was a colossal mistake.
