    Great e scooter However less than a year in I get an error message and dealing w Segway customer service is a nightmare… I live in a populated city and they want me to drive 2 hours away… disappointing

    Lasted 8 months and service is impossible to find

    We paid $400 for an e2 Pro that that we purchased from Best Buy in December 2024. It lasted eight months before it locked up - brakes, throttle, steering, etc. It is dead weight. Service centers are so rare that they may as well not have any. Best Buy wont service them unless you purchase a service plan within 60 days of purchase, a fact that conceal at the time of purchase. Buying this unreliable junk was a mistake and buying from Best Buy was a colossal mistake.

    The scooter is good, the handling is pretty good. Take off is very good and it does go a little faster than advertised The cons Battery isn't good at all when riding sport mode. Way more expensive than others for what you get.

      Hey Toeknee - thank you for your comments and recommendations. Yes, we do make best in class quality and are currently the # 1 manufacture in the world. But what we do not make are 'cheap' scooters. The reason why is because one of our top priorities is your safety and we have found that if you put cheap parts in a vehicle going 15 MPH or more, well, that may put your safety at risk.

      There are promotions every once in a while... hopefully we can connect again during one of those periods and earn 5 stars from you!

    My son had it for 3 weeks and the front wheel doesn't stay aligned to the handle bars. So, he can't turn right or it sticks in that position. Brought it home between semesters and have made 2 trips to the hardware store to find the correct size screws to fix it. There is a bolt completely missing and the other one holding the handlebars on was hanging on by a thread. Just disappointing that it only lasted 3 weeks prior to needing fixed; plus he had to arrange to get it home for us to fix it. Not ideal. Would not buy again and would go with a different brand.

    The unit is already giving us problems. The steering column is difficult to turn. This causes the unit to be inoperable. My son is totally disappointed.

    Didn't Last 6 Months - Awful Brand & Cust. Service

    We haven't even had this scooter for 6 months and it officially died out of nowhere, and will no longer turn on. Segway's customer service is even worse, as they refuse to help you, send you random parts with no guidance or instruction on how to install them, and now they're not replying to any of my communications. An absolute waste of money and time - will never buy again.

    I went back to the store to return this item as I had worked hard for the money, but then I needed the money to pay for something else. I went back to the store and since it was day 15, they did not allow me to return the product was good, but I had other priorities and now I’m down $500.

    The rear tire is flat

    The rear tire is flat. I bought this scooter on June 23rd, and I've noticed, two months after starting to use it, that the rear tire is deflating. I added air today, and after two hours, it's gone.

    It’s a no for me. The scooter did not want to go up any kind of hill. I know I am a heavy set guy but this is ridiculous. It also did not want to go no more than 10mph

    Can’t review the product because I bought online and had it shipped. They used roadie and it was never delivered to my house. The picture the roadie person left was an entirely different house. Beware of ordering this online from Best Buy when they outsource their shipping to roadie…was unable to get a refund told me to file a police report nothing they can do. I would NOT order anything expensive again from Best Buy online!

    Highly Recommended for the Older Adult Too!

    I bought the Segway Scooter for my 67 year old husband because he has arthritis and needs to get outside to enjoy himself, and he is more apt to do that if he doesn't have to walk long distances. The Scooter has a app for your phone that helps to discern speed, distance and other important data. The scooter is more fun and works better than we imagined. A great purchase that I would highly recommend!
