Battery died nov 28th 2022 after 2 months of ownership

The delivery service screwed up my shipping. I believe they lost it.

I still did not get my order ! Waiting for anyone who can help ! Need help !!!!!!

I couldn't get my NFC card to work on it and my phone was dead, so I couldn't get it to turn on that way, there being no third way to turn it on meant I had to disconnect the battery to disable the alarm and start to push it home, and while pushing it home, the front wheel lock triggered, making it even harder for me to push it. Also ended up getting stolen because I left it with a few people I thought I could trust so I can run home and grab a charger for my phone (it wasn't far, but it was apparently far enough that they managed to get away with my bike, or at least far enough away that I couldn't find them when I came back to where I left them), and because I could never get the GPS tracker to work on it, I can't track it down to get it back. Despite this, I'm still giving it 4 stars because I'm at fault for getting it stolen and for letting my phone die and not bringing a charger with me, but not having a good explanation on how the GPS tracker works, nor anywhere on the internet about how it works or how to troubleshoot it if it's not working, and not having a third way to turn on the bike, like a standard key or something, is docking you one star

The metal shipping crate was pretty banged up upon delivery, but the moped seemed okay. It's a really fun riding experience and fit what I was looking for (moped style electric bike). I'm using it mostly for my work commute. My one complaint is that you can't set the dashboard to display mph, it only shows kph. I've made the conversion in the app to Imperial measurement but mph only shows up in the app which is not terribly useful while using the moped! I also had trouble charging the battery via the port on the underside of the rear rack. I've only had this bike for a few days, but it's pretty sweet so far!

Have owned for over 3 years and scooter has held up well over that time and been very reliable. Only complaint is that the app is not very polished and customer service is quite slow to respond/reach when needed.

As the title says, I think this emoped is amazing if you understand what you are buying. Are you buying the fastest, highest specd ebike on the market? Nope Are you getting the most value for your money compared to specs on other $2,000 ebikes? Nope Are you getting a bike designed to provide super easy and comfortable transport in a reliable, well built and well designed package from a company that generally builds reliable products that actually will be around in a year or two (unlike probably most ebike companies)? 100% yes. If you understand that and want that, then this is the ebike you have been searching for. The thing is smooth as butter over bumps, super easy to pair and setup, has a simple app, and a lock / unlock feature that is literally as simple as pairing your phone then sitting on or getting off the bike. The size is perfectly small, yet large enough for what you need. I am 6’4 190 lbs and comfortably ride this. I also took my kids to the park on it (without the child seat yet - bought one from China coming soon on AliExpress) - yes kids, 6 and 4, one sat in my lap on front and other on rail on back holding on and it worked no problem and they loved it (with helmets on of course!). Does this struggle on hills? Yeah, it does and this is something they should fix. Mine drops to about 8-9 mph on steeper hills, but handles them, and I’m still glad I’m not walking. If you live in a walkable neighborhood (I live in town in Atlanta), and want a reliable last mile type option that doesn’t require parking and helps you get out and about more frequently, I don’t think there is a better option on the market at the moment.

Amazing! I live in a residential neighborhood and this is my GO TO mode of transportation for groceries and local errands. It is incredibly fun and a tech marvel. I love the "key card" solution for starting and locking the scooter. And to think this is just $2000 is insane. Bikes cost more and are NOT nearly as fun!!

I would LOVE to give this a good review. There are SO many great things about it. The problem is they are all mitigated by the fact that the GPS doesn't work. I've contacted Best Buy support, who sent me to Segway support. When I contacted Segway I had 2 people try to help me and after we got a point where they said they might have a resolution, they just stopped replying back. So now I have TWO of these bikes with NO protection. (My wife and I both bought one) We can't ride them to the store without worrying because the GPS doesn't work. If we move our bikes, there are no alarms sent to our phones, nothing. The bikes don't record rides or anything GPS related. I would love to be able to say all the nice things about these bikes but it has now been several months with no fix and I'm writing to warn everyone about the hassles you will go through, and then you won't have a fully functional bike anyway.

Overall very nice looking. However, the eMoped broke the day I got it. after taking a spin around the block the back tire popped. For an item so expensive to break the first day make this item seem to be made with poor quality.

AVOID THIS SCOOTER! Worked for 3 days then wouldn't charge. It's been days trying to get ahold of anyone at Segway for help but nothing works. the phone number keeps you on a perpetual hold music, then asks for your satisfaction level and hangs up. The online chat is filled with nothing but people who disconnect the chat. it's been a week and I still have zero headway into fixing this.

Is very nice I save gas I had a car and spending a lot of money every day

Dont buy. No power to go up any kind of hills or inclines. My handlebars do not lock. Will only go about 10mph. Their upright scooters are awesome. This thing..... Nice concept. Bad design.
