Better off Flushing $400+ in the Toilet

From the beginning, it has been nothing but trouble. The most frustrating issue is its inability to handle hills. Despite numerous factory resets, the scooter bogs down every time I encounter even the slightest incline. It’s incredibly unreliable and has made my commutes a nightmare. To make matters worse, Segway's customer service is abysmal. Each time I’ve reached out for help, I’ve been met with endless loops of unhelpful advice and no real solutions. It's as if they are trained to run you in circles until you give up. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for the price of the scooter. In summary, the Segway electric scooter is a complete waste of money. It fails to perform as advertised and the customer support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product at all costs!

I kept getting a error code, after getting on the website, they tell you to take it apart to fix the wiring. Customer service is very good.

Scooter will reach advertised 15 MPH and 18 mile range, Only negative is the high price tag, there are many other scooters advertising more speed and higher range for the same price tag.
