Overheating/not good for hills

Less then 30 miles and has overheating and issues going up small hills. Skip this scooter pay a little extra for the F65. Also Best Buy won’t accept returns after 15 days fyi

Not the Custumer Care service I was expecting!!!

After I assembled it, it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted the Segway client service that gave me several work around instruction to fix the issue, but none of them worked. The product was defective. I contacted Best Buy customer service telling them that I wanted to return it but have a scooter in exchange. They told me that the scooter was not available anymore so I couldn’t have a replacement. I don’t have a car and now I have to get an Uber to reach the closet UPS store to send back the scooter, wait for them to receive it and to refund me and if I want a different scooter, I just have to pay the price that is way higher of my budget. They didn’t want to take any responsibility about selling something that was broken. This is not the customer care assistant that I was hoping for. Not happy at all!
