Fun while it lasted

He has had a lot of fun with it. We've had it for almost 3 months and the charging port has been very hard to deal with. It will not charge when plugged in. It has been very intermittent. I would have expected more out of Segway as far as quality. We will be reaching out to them for Warranty information.

Do not purchase this scooter

I purchased a Segway ninebot scooter scooter from Best Buy May 15th. I took the scooter to Best Buy today to store #374 in Yonkers NY and had an horrible experience with Supervisor Laiah and the manager of Geek Squad Dulce. Best Buy is not willing to to refund or replace the scooter I just purchased May 15th because it's not covered under see warranty even though I have the Total warranty plan. The scooter does not keep a charge and the handle bars keep loosening no matter how many times we tighten them.When I purchased the scooter it did not specify that the scooter was not included in my Total warranty package. Why would I buy such a high priced item that's not covered under warranty? My kids can't ride a scooter with loose handlebars and with a battery that doesn't stay charged for more than an hour. My son is 75 pounds and we live in NYC there is no reason the battery should die so fast
