You have to be a mechanic to purchase this device.

The first time I had to go through a manufacturers warranty claim within 4 months of purchase due to an error that capped my speed at 7.5 kmph. The second one I purchased had the wheel blow up within 20 days of riding. Even though they give you a backup wheel it is almost impossible to replace yourself. It was fun while it lasted, but unless you can make repairs by yourself, steer clear of this one

Overpriced

I returned and bought a Turboant max. Same price but more range, higher top speed and better build quality. Only big plus of the segway over the turboant is the app integration but given that the range is unpredictable, it didn't really help me out.
