Sucks. Wouldnt recommend

We are only getting max of 6 miles range/35 mins of ride time out of a full charge. Missed the return window or would have returned it. And takes a long time to charge back up. Not what we expected with a quoted 18 mile range. We got this to ride around the RV park and can barely make it around a few times on one battery.

Other factors that affect performance include number of starts and stops, ambient temperature, surface (smooth or rough or bumpy), wind speed, age of battery (charge cycles), tire pressure, etc. We hope this helps improve your riding experience in the future.

Do not buy this segway f30

Contacted segway support one sent me a video asking me to fix it my self. Second agent said to put mechanical oil. But still the noise is there. Bought it to go to uni. Now stuck with a faulty product. IIts a huge hassel and expense to return. My only mode of transportortation. I wowould prefer some compensation to fix it locally.

Dead on arrival

I bought from local BestBuy. Unit was manufacture dated July 2022. Doesn’t turn on, doesn’t charge over 24 hours. Went back to store to do an exchange. Turns out to be from same batch, same manufacture date. Doesn’t turn on, doesn’t charge.

Do not buy

After two rides in perfect conditions on a flat surface and within the approved weight for the scooter, I achieved less then half the claimed range - only 8.2 miles before the battery was drained.

Poor Poor Battery life

The problem I have is that we could never get more than 4-5 miles on these before they died. All 3 F30's I purchased perfomed the same as far as battery life, and thats with 3 different peoples weights.

Disc break bent

Battery life is way too short

Their practice of keeping the scooters without charging them for too long ends up damaging the battery. Your best bet would be to purchase one from the Segway shop instead.

Not worth it for longer distance

Crooked handle bars and flat with

Then I noticed the handle bars were crooked. I took them off and tried to re-align them, but the screws were off. Still worked, but then I got a flat for no reason. After reading about this on Redditt and contacting Segway. I returned it.

Battery Overheats During Use

Poor quality

Not a good look Best Buy in Wellington
