Had less than two months. Speed down to about 5 more? Granddaughter at college, I Arizona. Has to travel 3 mi a day 4 times. Can’t get this issued resolved? Need help….

I bought 2 scooters, 2 different brands. I have had this scooter less than a month, it will not go above 15mph. It goes way slower than the other scooter.

Had to return due to battery not holding charge. Got a swcond one and same issue.

Battery stop charging and it won’t work anymore. Try asking about warranty at best buy and noone was able yo help $500 down the drain

This scooter says that is 19mile range and is not even 10

It's not what it holds up to be as displayed to be on the box

Got this on December 12 2022. I’m having problems with it already

The ride is enjoyable! With a fully charged standard battery, you can expect around 13 minutes of ride time in each direction. It’s a good idea to purchase a backup battery for longer trips. However, after three years of use, I’ve been experiencing electrical issues with the dashboard, as well as problems with the app that tracks the scooter’s distance using the odometer, and issues with the rear tire. I would rate the scooter's weight only 2 stars, as it is extremely heavy to carry when it is folded down.

If you are looking for an electric scooter this is definitely the one to get. It is fast; especially going on a flat road i get 21 kmph. It lasts a long time on one charge. There is also an app which has many different features. The tires are very nice and i can comfortably ride it for a long period of time.

Best purchase ever! as a colloge student it is hard to get arround in campus and get to classes on time. This scooter has saved my life. I get everywhere in 5 minutes or less and its fun and easy to ride.

The kids love it. I love it and the speed is just right. I should have bought 2 . Great product for teens and adults. Great for commuting easy to assemble. Now I need communities to make scooter lanes.

I bought this for my daughter to zip around on. It ended being so nice I ride it on occasions and have no issues. Goes 15mph consistently and I'm 230lbs. Great product!

Great scooter. Good range and the larger tires make for a smooth ride. Comes with a spare tire and inner tube which is nice. You need to connect with Bluetooth to unlock the higher speed. Once connected, you can digitally lock which is a great feature as long as you remember your phone. Would be even better if it could connect with Apple Watch.

I really enjoy this scooter. It does everything I need it for, and works well. It rides smoother than I expected, which is great for riding on sidewalks, as some sidewalks near me can be pretty rough.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL—and won’t even charge enough to start. And now I see on the Seqway website that it’s a recurrent issue. Buy. Bring home. Unpack. Big disappointment. Pack back up. Take back. Wow. What a shame. I feel sorry for the kids who are getting this for Christmas.

For the price you can’t go wrong. The battery lasts just as long as advertised and a comfortable ride. The inflatable tires make the ride smoother and the spar tire is a plus.
