This is a great scooter, especially for the price. The power and energy is amazing for my 200+lb roommate. Of course when you go up hill, it takes a lot of power and will minimize the distance you can travel. When I take this on sidewalks, 15mph feels fine, but on the road I wish for at least 2 more mph. This thing feels a little slow sometimes. If you have the extra money, I would much more recommend the faster scooter. This one isn't bad, but I just wish it could go faster and further. I'm enjoying it, but I do wish I had more money and got the big brother.

Great scooter for my grandson to ride around the neighborhood and on trails. He really enjoys it. Has good speed to it as well.

Life changing. It’s fast, secure, stable and easy to fold. Only downside it’s very heavy.

Was a great purchase for my daughter had lots of power, battery lasts for a long time great purchase up until it was stolen. Guess i have yo get another way.

I was excited to get started with an e-scooter. Being an established name, I went with Segway. The initial few days have been good with some minor hiccups. It works great out of the box once I charged it to 100%. Controlling the scooter is quite easy, didn't take too much practice. However, it didn't give as many miles as I had expected (approx 9-10 miles when I operated it in top speed most of the time with lights on, I weight 145lbs). Also, the top speed recorded on Google Maps was 14mph even though the display shows 15mph. Overall the best experiences outweigh the worst, so it deserves 3.5 to 4 stars. I'd prefer my bike on flat roads where I can easily travel faster than 14mph.

Everything you would expect from Segway. It feels high quality. Very easy to setup only 4 screws. Rides great. I’m 6’ and 200lbs and it feels comfortable while riding it.

This is our (my son and I) first electric scooter and did not disappoint. We didn’t want too fast and too slow either, so it was generally perfect for us. It is also surprisingly fast too charge. My son and I are happy with this purchase. Thank you!

Bought this scooter originally for my 9 yr old. When it arrived I realized he seemed a bit too small for this gift. Took it for a run myself and decided in that moment that I was going to keep it fir myself because it was just that much fun!

A high quality item. I took advantage of a black Friday sale, and it was well worth it. The only negative so far is the deck you stand on should be wide enough for both feet side by side. Still a fun scooter.

Got this scooter on sale for Christmas looking for something that had enough range and a seat for my uncle. Turned out to be more than what we needed. I got myself an electric bike too and now we cruise our town and go out to eat all the time while we are out on a ride.

This is a great electric scooter. My 12 year old uses it to go all around our neighborhood and surrounding area. He goes to and from school and is able to go and visit friends. He loves it and thinks that it is a great ride.

Eco mode is not it. Low and High mode is good. I like the app feature where you can connect using your smart phone. Tire lock if you don’t have the app or card key. Good for price

Been using this scooter for about a month and love it! College campus is very spread out and this guy makes getting around so much easier. Always holds plenty of charge and packs plenty of power to go up inclines.
