I am completely Happy with my Selection. Is a Reliable E Scooter behind some intelligent people that know what people really like. Safety is Top notch. Great scooter have had zero issues with this and the only downfall i see, which will be similar for most single motor scooters, is that hill climbing is not great.

Time to time it does not start up right away after coming to a full break/stop. Easily scratched But ride is very smooth and barely feel any bumps.

I have put 10 miles on the scooter so far. The front and rear suspension provides a smooth and tire free ride. It absorbs a majority of the bumps. I can go off curbs and go up small bumps in confidence. I haven't tailored the rear suspension but it's nice to know I have that option. The cruise control is a game changer. I do not like the sound of the 'horn' but at least it is loud.

This thing is a blast fast and lasts forever on a charge

We got two of these two years ago (Nov . 2023) one of them the charger broke once and got sent in and fixed and now it’s broke again and Segway isn’t trying to honor their 2 year warranty. The other scooter the wheel is broke and they like never have replacement tires . They worked really good the first couple months but these things break so easy it’s insane . The tire was probaly our fault but the charger just keeps breaking . If I could go back in time I’d only rent scooter and never buy my own again . Especially for how expensive they are

Overall, a very good scooter. I have two Ninebot Max G30LP scooters as well. Compared to the Max G30LPs, the Max G2 feels too powerful. It's hard to control the speed in the sports mode - it either goes full speed or slows down to a stop. Suspension is fine, bit overhyped in my opinion. The scooter is bigger and heavier, though.

Great scooter ..perfect for city commuting or just cruising the path at the beach

We scoot every single day! Recently took both of these on a camping trip and rode all over the campground and even down to the local golf course. Super fun-especially with friend!

While I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, it is everything I hoped it would be. Setup through the app leaves something to be desired as the interface isn’t great and stuff like letting two users access the scooter at different times is still something I’m working on, instructions provided don’t work. The fenders are great for riding in the rain and the traction is awesome compared to riding my gravel bike. It’s become my daily commuter. Would say to be very careful with the accelerator setting bc I can see it taking off if you don’t have it setup to engage at push off. I’m in San Francisco and have been impressed with how many hills it takes. Having said all that, the cons for me are: 1, this bad boy is HEAVY. 2: The fenders are very thin, practically flimsy, I can see myself being a little too comfortable moving it and cracking them by hitting a wall/curb. I wish the horn came with different sounds and that the front light could be set to strobe.
