    The customer service was really good as always i bought a segway scooter but is wasnt working in just a day so i took it back and ordered the appolo city and god there is a huge difference i am soo happy with my purchase and customer service for the return i required

    Awesome scooter. Great battery life only thing is the app required for it and only one person can sync to it. Not too complicated to switch or share code though.

    I like the overall design , the new add on , like the suspension and turn signals , comparing to the previous model . But the battery is really bad , like they advertise 43 miles per charge and I could only get about 18 miles . Now I understand that you can get that mileage by riding it to the slowest speed and on a flat surface ( no hills ) , but my question is who is buying this beast to ride it at 7 miles per hour? I gave it 4 stars because of the battery

    Segway is the best, and now with shocks, it is even better. What a great ride and huge improvement over my prior Segway. The battery life is amazing as well. Added safety features such as horn and blinkers is piece of mind.

    Full Experience. I pre ordered 2 G2's at the end of April at the $799.99 price. Picked them both up July 1st. Assembled the first scooter, great. Assembled the second scooter, problem. Scooter #2 had an issue with the collar where it locks into place. The tab was missing. I then returned that scooter to Best Buy and received my replacement 5 days later. Assembled the replacement scooter, perfect. All firmware updates went smooth on both scooters. the replacement scooter has a small noise in the front wheel that I believe is the brake pad slightly rubbing. I am hoping with some more riding that will dissipate as it is kind of annoying to hear. Outside of that, the scooters ride like a cloud, and we couldn't be happier with them. If you followed the indiegogo page or reddit you will certainly hear about some of the problems people have encountered such as overheating, or ghost acceleration/braking. Keep in mind more people will take the time to write a complaint then a positive review. I have had none of these problems as of yet, but do keep it in the back of my head so not to be alarmed if any occur. For reference I am located in Arizona, and it's been over 110 degrees fahrenheit here. I weight 190lbs and am 5'10". Both units I have stated 1000watt on them. I am running tires at 45psi and have set my charging limit to 95%.
