    I have had this scooter for almost a year now. Almost 1000 miles. It it fast and has been fun. I honestly have loved it up until now. Since the latest software update you can not charge it anymore. Do some research and you will see hundreds of other people stating the same thing. It will begin to charge and after 5 minutes it beeps and shuts off. I’ve tried numerous power outlets and get the same result. All the other complaints are the same. Check Reddit and Google and you will see for yourself. Customer service is horrible. It is all out of the country now so trying to get anything done is nearly impossible. Best Buy should stop selling this product if you can’t fix them. There are no certified repair places in or around Florida. I had to buy a separate $30 charger that plugs into the second port in the charging compartment. It takes much longer to charge. The fact that this company has aloud this to happen and won’t do anything to fix the issue is absurd and Best Buy needs to investigate this product and remove it. DO NOT BUY THIS brand of scooter! You’re wasting $1000. The only thing I can think of is this is their way of getting more money out of the consumer for making you buy the older model charger for it to work. Trust me! Don’t buy it!

    Awesome upgrade from the previous Max1, love the shocks feels super smooth and climbs up hills with no hesitation I'm 5'-9" / 180 lbs as a note. Highly recommend for those looking to get into scoots or upgrading.

    I love the look and feel of this scooter. It takes off fast and goes fast! I love the cruise control function and the shocks for going over bumps. You can ride it in loose weather conditions.

    It’s a cool looking and comfortable scooter. I never got it up to 20 mph , it does about 18 for me other than that like I said the ride is smooth over bumpy roads also it’s pretty easy to maneuver.

    I bought this scooter for the suspension and abilities for heavy riders. So far so good. Stops very safely too. Really wants to top out at 20 mph, can only hit 22 on a long downhill. I’m over 250 lbs and I’m pretty sure lighter riders will be fine.

    Bigger faster but little to bouncy. I like the rear shocks seems very strong but front hydraulic shock can’t be locked or adjusted. Seen pictures of the front shock bent back and Segway has no way of correcting this

    We got two of these two years ago (Nov . 2023) one of them the charger broke once and got sent in and fixed and now it’s broke again and Segway isn’t trying to honor their 2 year warranty. The other scooter the wheel is broke and they like never have replacement tires . They worked really good the first couple months but these things break so easy it’s insane . The tire was probaly our fault but the charger just keeps breaking . If I could go back in time I’d only rent scooter and never buy my own again . Especially for how expensive they are

    Only four because had to return first one over charging issue. But my new one have close to 600 miles on it and still runs great and I ride Baltimore streets. Overall great ride
