    Not water resistant enough for the quality and speed of this particular electric scooter. Squeaks after the first day and you can't do any maintenance yourself.

    I would love to say i love this scooter, but the amount of plastic and little screws do not hold up on it for what it is supposed to do. My fender continuously makes noise on it, for the price of this and what it out there I will be returning it to pursue a different option

    I realy like it, but my problem is the max speed on the app 20. It should be 22. I had the previous generation and it was going 19 mph so I was expecting it to be faster but it’s not.we

    worked fine until it did not, got it in July 23, by Oct 23, rode 700 miles (all street/ sidewalks) , small crash from hitting a crack in the sidewalk. , the front forks bent and it was not rideable. after about a month trying to get anyone, any reply from Seaway warranty dept. (3 months later still no reply) I gave up and took it to the local Segway shop, (keep in mind the only authorized repair place is Los Angles Ca, which is to far for me. 3 weeks later the est cot of repair was over $800, front fork, read motor, front brakes, unknown electrical issues. I decided not to have it repaired and the shop offered me $0 in scrap value, they said sometimes they do offer some in store credit so that is why i asked. That shop were talking bad about Segway, And they were telling me story about how someone has brought their Max GT2 in twice already for repairs and they had that just 1 year so i decided not to buy another Segway, I decided on an E bike and the shop i purchased the E bike from also had nothing nice to say about Segway and their products. NOTE i did not deal with Best buy so this is not directed at Best Buy.

    Some of the features caused me to crash and break my ankle and left thumb dont ever use cruise control or traction control as it will cause you to whip out like i did

    Broke down in two days powered off did not work. I wouldn’t recommend buying it unless I ended up getting a lemon. Don’t know I didn’t buy it bought Segway F3

    Overpriced. Doesn’t worth it

    Im 250lbs. After 350 miles, the battery 3/10 life is unstable. Fully charge I barely get 12 miles on sport mode. Top speed is inconsistent. Sometimes, I have restart halfway cause it's unresponsive. For the price 3/10.

    We have had to exchange the scooter 4 times since December. We have had electrical issues and parts just falling off. I would NOT purchse this again.

    Faulty Breaks

    Had this scooter less than 3 months, breaks failed causing my son to have to bail himself off the scooter into a yard since he could not get it to stop. Best Buy won’t take it back as they don’t offer warranties for scooters, Segway (manufacturer) is not being responsive as to getting this fixed or replaced

    owned for 2 days overheated and after that would not take a charge never had a issue with the older max wish i never sold it waiting for this

    Too slow and kind of cheap built

    Too slow and couldn’t get it over 11mph on day one even after registering and running in sport mode. If this is sport mode I would hate to see anything less. I didn’t realize it had drum brakes instead of disc brakes and it just seems cheap built especially at $1000+ price

    This must’ve been some kind of deal that they got with Segway because I’ve written one that was purchased from the company itself and I’m really not impressed with the ones that not purchased and purchased two from there one of them the break didn’t work the second wouldn’t unlock w phone.
