    Too slow and kind of cheap built

    Too slow and couldn’t get it over 11mph on day one even after registering and running in sport mode. If this is sport mode I would hate to see anything less. I didn’t realize it had drum brakes instead of disc brakes and it just seems cheap built especially at $1000+ price

    This must’ve been some kind of deal that they got with Segway because I’ve written one that was purchased from the company itself and I’m really not impressed with the ones that not purchased and purchased two from there one of them the break didn’t work the second wouldn’t unlock w phone.

    Broke in 40 days

    The scooter broke with an error 40 which is an abnormal Control Board Temperature Sensor. Used this scooter for 40 days and it already broke. Now I have to send it to Segway to diagnose and to fix it. But they don’t even provide a box to ship it to California and so I would have to pay for a box to ship it.

We cannot provide boxes but we will be happy to help offset this by providing a courtesy prepaid shipping label. Many of our customers have had good luck finding suitable boxes at our dealers such as Target, Best Buy, Sam's Club, etc, or at local bicycle shops.

    Unsafe - buggy software, unstable steering

    Reducing the rating due to safety issues with ghost acceleration and excessive regeneration braking. Another issue is handlebars instability due to what I feel like bad angle for steering. I am retuning it as I crashed on this scooter due to those hardware/software bugs. Without these issues, this could have been the best scooter in the market.

    i purchased in March 6 months later it wont charge. Contacted segway and was told they would send me a part for me to repair. 4 weeks later no part. bike still doesnt work.

    I went through the trouble of picking this giant thing up and setting it up. I registered everything on the app, updated firmware. I left it to charge, then went i went to try to ride it, the rear wheel made a strange noise then turned off and doesnt want to turn on! Completely unacceptable.

    Not very easy to ride have to push to 3 mph to get it to take off. Have to set up app online before it will go above 15 mph...very frustrating so i returned it also too much money for such a slow scooter

    Ran hot at top speed. Two weeks old and died. My last Segway never had issues for 5 years this is crap. Now I am outside USA can not get fixed.
