These are fun to get around on. Comfortable to stand and ride. Two different settings to control the type of speed you want to ride. Has brakes, lights, and a horn. Easily connects to your phone. It's foldable. Made strong and sturdy.

Bought the Segway G2 Max and i absolutely love it. The Build Quality is strong and sturdy if your a heavier rider. You wont have to worry about breaking the scooter in the case of a accident. Also The Max Speed is perfect, 22mph is plenty.

Excellent e-scooter. It is fast, responsive. Suspension is great and helps absorb those bumps. In dire situations, breaks do not stop the scooter fast enough I feel. The mileage estimation shown on the app seems far off from what you actually get. I use it to commutw to office which is about 2.5 miles frommy apartment. I charge it to only 80% as recommeneded in the app for daily use. I aleays use it in sport mode. At 80% battery, the app shows that I can get 20 miles in sport mode. However, what I have noticed is I can only commute to office twice and the battery reaches to about 10-20%. So realistically I get about 10-12 miles out of it in sport mode. That is 50% of what they claim. The terrain to my office is pretty balanced except for slope for about 200 ft with decent elevation. Still very mediocre performance of battery despite their ridey-long technology claim.

Got it on sale and its one of the best scooters on the market. Cant go wrong with Segway. Goes up to 20MPH and smooth ride with dual shocks. Better than my sons G30P that i purchased for his college. Lol

I bought it on presale for the $899 and I'm over-all very satisfied. Its my first scooter and the suspension is amazing. There are a few issues id like to address. The box says 900 w but is supposed to be 1000 w. Im still trying to figue that part out. The app will sometimes deactivate the energy recovery without notice which is a hazard if you are counting on it for braking! There seems to be a limitation to the speed when under a certain range of battery. Hopefully future updates will fix this. The built in horn is nice for alerting pedestrians or cyclists on the road but i added a car horn to speak the same language as cars, the built-in horn just is not loud enough.

Never even rode a scooter. Maybe back when I was like 10 or so. Been along time. Did a lot of research on which scooter to get and finally came to the decision of getting this. I’m a newbie to scooters and I was riding this in no time. I weigh 200 and this scooter does great with my weight. I was seeing people complaining about the speed and that it differs. Well u have to figure in your weight and what mode u have it in. It’s not a car. It’s a scooter. Different things come into play. I love the app. U can track ur ride and it even gives u a detailed look at ur rides. If you’re in the market for a new scooter this is the one to get. I wouldn’t say this would be right for an under 14 kid. Love it

This scooter has a excellent range and battery life is more than enough to get you through the day the stability on this scooter is very sturdy and smooth 10 out of 10 I love this scooter no regrets

Great scooter. I weigh roughly 220 lbs and this thing moves just fine with me on it. Has a good battery life. It has a security feature where if you don’t enter a passcode and try to roll away on it, the motor will fight you and pull the scooter back. Overall, a good and fun product.

I’ve had this scooter for over a year now and it is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I have literally used it to drive to work and back home. Not only saving me money in gas but it’s way fast and fun! 100% would recommend for the money

I live in Alaska, i love this scooter commuting in the city! Has the speed to scoot. An has the range to go across town an back an still have plenty of juice.

Didnt know i needed this. Till now this summer has been lame... Fractured 2 ribs from a fall in my back yard. Been doing a whole lot of nothing since April. This scooter makes me smile it scares me a little bit.... havent even pushed it the full 22 mph. The ride is smooth i love the App, the security features, the feel of the open road its also a great conversation starter. This summer just heated up a bit in a good way im sure there are better/similar products out there just know this im one completely satisfied customer with no regrets thank you BestBuy for a great delivery and the wonderful customer service

This product has easily become one of my top purchases, ranking just after my car! Its convenient foldability allows me to effortlessly stow it in the back seat, making it incredibly portable. When i was going downhill at 22 mph the motor glitched and auto braked with throatle all the way down. Almost fell off the scooter when there were cars going next to me on the road. I was so scared. And the rear splay thing is so noisy and loud. It gets about 15 miles on sport plus. So heavy to carry it around. I returned it before i killed my back. Also the light is not bright enough for 1000$. Totally not worth it.

I purchased it for my nieces and nephews. I worked out great, I put it in eco mode which made the speed slightly slower, eventually after my niece and nephew got use to it I switched the setting to slightly faster! We used them to ride around during Christmas and enjoy the lights. Also it’s easy for adults to use.

AMAZING PRODUCT! Overall its a super fun scooter! It handles well in most terrains even snow(ive done it). Charges in a resonalble time frame. Downside is the battery goes down pretty quick on Sport Mode(expected but not this fast). The charge to play time ratio sesms backwards. Very comfortable scooter, rides smooth and quick. Only front brakes so keep in mind. Over all 9/10 Id buy again
