Overpriced. Doesn’t worth it

Fully charge I barely get 12 miles on sport mode. Top speed is inconsistent. Sometimes, I have restart halfway cause it's unresponsive. For the price 3/10.

Won’t charge

Faulty Breaks

Best Buy won’t take it back as they don’t offer warranties for scooters, Segway (manufacturer) is not being responsive as to getting this fixed or replaced

Very disappointed!

Too slow and kind of cheap built

If this is sport mode I would hate to see anything less. I didn’t realize it had drum brakes instead of disc brakes and it just seems cheap built especially at $1000+ price

Bad

Broke in 40 days

Used this scooter for 40 days and it already broke. Now I have to send it to Segway to diagnose and to fix it. But they don’t even provide a box to ship it to California and so I would have to pay for a box to ship it.

We cannot provide boxes but we will be happy to help offset this by providing a courtesy prepaid shipping label. Many of our customers have had good luck finding suitable boxes at our dealers such as Target, Best Buy, Sam's Club, etc, or at local bicycle shops.

Unsafe - buggy software, unstable steering

Another issue is handlebars instability due to what I feel like bad angle for steering. I am retuning it as I crashed on this scooter due to those hardware/software bugs. Without these issues, this could have been the best scooter in the market.

Turned on once then never again!

I registered everything on the app, updated firmware. I left it to charge, then went i went to try to ride it, the rear wheel made a strange noise then turned off and doesnt want to turn on! Completely unacceptable.

customer service is trash

Contacted segway and was told they would send me a part for me to repair. 4 weeks later no part. bike still doesnt work.

Too expensive not easy use and slow slow

Have to set up app online before it will go above 15 mph...very frustrating so i returned it also too much money for such a slow scooter
