    Very poor quality and Best Buy have a stupid policy with 15 days return only instead of a one month

    Never able to get speed above 16mph using all settings. Current maximum distance approximately 33 miles per charge.

    Firmware issues resulting in ghost acceleration and breaking. I was injured due to the acceleration issue and returned the scooter immediately.

    This super scooter has amazing range, shock absorption, and womps around at 22mph! I rode 19 miles back home from Honolulu!

    One of the more enjoyable scooters i have ridden on! Assembly was easy as it was just the handlebars and after connecting to the Segway app i was off. I was able to get the speed to 22mph which is plenty fast but had to be unlocked in the App first. Range doesn't seem to be 43 miles but that's because I'm 190 pounds and going full speed so maybe 28 miles. Overall beautiful build quality and very happy with my new ride!

    Had to send my first one back because the front tire was defective, the second one has held up pretty well. I take it everywhere, gym, volunteering, the whole 9 yards. It's a sturdy scooter and I'm glad I bought it. Best Buy's return policy made the exchange pretty seamless. I think it'll last a long time; so I'm happy. Plus I got it on sale for $799 which is a decent deal, at 3 bucks a gallon I' break even at 5,000 miles (less if the cost of gas goes up).

    I had this scooter going much faster than 22mph,I think it depends on body weight. I love it . I'm new to these and there's nothing to it. Definitely worth the buy

    First one was busted. It had a massive dent at pick up and when I opened it at home it had a potential battery opening where water can get in. Returned no problem with Best buy and 2nd one was perfect. Thanks Best buy, your customer service team was A+. This is a HIGH QUALITY scooter. No problem with bumps on the roads if you lives in a city environment with bad roads.
