I love this scooter. I bought the g30 for a family member, and this one for myself. This one is far and away better with the suspension and blinkers. I love the speed modes + cruise control option for ease of use. The peace of mind that comes from the automatic shut off when it's finished charging is great because it doesn't risk catching on fire like some other brands of electric scooters. It's a bit heavy, but not too heavy. It's more awkward and bulky, but I can still get it in and out of my car if I need to. The turn radius is kind of terrible when taking it in and out of work/school, but it's to be expected. It's not a deal breaker. I love that it doesn't tip over easily even if not collapsed.

I would give a 4.5 ⭐️ Everything is amazing on it: • Amazing adjustable suspension for an all around smooth comfy ride • Surprisingly Nimble once you get the hang of it with making tight turns • Good in Heat: I’ve been riding in Las Vega shear with 100F + temps with no issues, tho my routes are usually around a mile and on flat surfaces • App is great, tho I could do without • Footing Surface Area is Large • Regenerative Braking level options, love it Things I do not like: • It’s pretty large so it takes up a lot of space • Hefty at around 52lbs, takes some strength to lift & carry up and down a set of stairs.

I love my scooter! I needed it for commuting around the downtown area and it delivers every single day. Really happy with the quality and the power of my scooter.

This was a Gift to my son for college. He uses it every day & glad i bought Segway. Battery lasts a week & is a very sturdy bike. Excellent product for day to day commute.

the best investment of my life. the product is very reliable. quality is impressive and the easy to use, i would definetely recommend to get one because you will get a product brand. the battery last a lot, you will have a lot of fun.

Good design and build quality. Very easy set-up. Unit is a bit heavier compared to similar models, but it does not effect ride quality in any manner. Havent tested full range, but speed max's out as advertised.

Bought this for my son to use at college. It has been great for running errands and roaming around campus. Great battery life, speed as advertsed, smooth operation. Well thought out controls. Light for night use is great. I caught the blinker switch on something and it broke off. I ordered a replacement before I figured out it just snapped right back in place. We paid $799 and now it's a steal at $699. I'm 68 and enjoy riding it around the neighborhood.

Great scooter, I have own my Ninebot G2 max for four months now and it has been a good investment to get around town.

Reliable and charge lasts a long time great with speed changes, settings, and features. Very smooth ride.

Ride is excellent and plenty of power. The ride feels solid and the features in the app make it feel premium. It goes about as fast as I would want at 22 Mph and the battery is solid.

I sold my Jeep to cut costs moving back home to Chicago and copped this shortly after. This is my first scooter & I love everything about it! It has the best suspension in its price range, not too many others have it. It also has cruise control, speedy, & rides smooth. My only con is that the speed is throttled when the battery gets low (caps around 18 mph) & there isn’t any way to override that. The app itself is pretty good & intuitive. This thing has already paid for itself. Highly recommend!!!

This scooter was exactly what I was expecting. Powerful enough to get around quickly, able to tackle most hills, and a safe, stable ride. It handles bumps and potholes better than rental scooters, and is faster than rental scooters. What it’s not: the speed won’t blow your mind and it also doesn’t seem dangerously fast, but it’s just fast enough to get around comfortably. The battery lasts quite a while, and charges fast. Honestly have no complaints.

Amazing scooter! Highly recommended! It is a tad heavier than some others, but well worth it for the features, safety and security. I’ve already ridden over so many bumps on roads that I’m certain most other scooters wouldn’t be able to handle.

I owned some cheaper scooters before, notably ones from Hover-1. I must say, even though Segway scooters are more than double the price, you can definitely see where your money is going. The most obvious thing is batteries, when Segway says they'll give you so and so miles range, they mean it. And batteries are EXPENSIVE. You also get a lot more refinement. I was surprised at how much smoother the steering is. It also handles very well and reacts very predictably to bumps and turns. I've never had to fight to turn the scooter like on cheaper products. It makes riding easy. Finally, there's the software, it's a little excessive, but it also provides you with some piece of mind that your scooter is locked up in software. You still need a physical lock, but it will help prevent thefts (my previous scooter was stolen). This is an expensive scooter "for what you get", but all the refinement you get with this scooter is what you're really paying for. I'm really happy with my purchase. This is the cheapest scooter you can get from Segway with dual suspension. It takes a lot of stress off your wrists during your commutes. The bumps in the road can really do some damage over time and that was the main reason I waited to purchase this instead of the G30 which is now on sale.

Bought this model for its weight rating. Im 250 lb And this scoot scooted me all around no problem. Also the batery life was really good when i was researching this model and it did not let me down. Solid build and really like the upgraded shaocks rhis model has. Another great feature you only have to have the charging wire cause the charger is built in so thats less you have to carry with you. Bottom line if your a "big" kid like me this is worth the extra.

Great acquisition, is the best choice I could take, travels 22miles/hr on sport mode, great cushion sistem, the battery last for 1 week when I used 30 min daily, and approximately 30 miles per week. Is perfect to go to work, grocery shop, or the park. Is really easy to fold and compact to leave at the living room, I live in an apartment and is perfect for me.

Well, the scooter is great. I owned it for 15 days when Best Buy lowered the price 100.00, i called and was told since it was past the 15 day return period they wouldn't even price match their own sale. Was told i dont even have an option after the 15 days, i suggested speaking with a manager, was just told no, cant do that. Couple notes, They consider this scooter a electronic device with a 15 day return policy...thats rediculous on something with this many moving parts. This really put a bad taste in my mouth about shopping at Best Buy, The Scooter is great, the service was terrible..i mean 100.00 and to note its 100.00 less everywhere now. I just happened to buy it from Best Buy. Probably should have just ordered it online from Amazon. Anyway, great scooter, gets up and goes, so far no issues. Knowing that it is now about 22 days old im only worried it will have problems. Again i didnt want to return the scooter, just felt that since it was only 15 days old when the price changed at Best Buy where i bought it they should have thought of the customer, especially with all of the options out there.

It was easy dealing with Best buy when I bought my scooter there was a little weight till I could pick it up but it was worth it I live near the UNM versity area I travel to work at lotaburger most the week the scooters great run smooth it's quick it's a nice entry level scooter but I'm ready for an upgrade soon I recommend it that way about 140 lb I went from the university area on the bike trail round trip 20 miles on sport mode it took me an hour and 15 minutes round trip awesome I've been riding my bicycle my whole life as a long-term commuter it's nice to be carried everywhere
